Spore, Insane game

So I just watched the "gameplay video":http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8372603330420559198&q=spore for "Will Wright's Spore":http://spore.ea.com/ which I recently saw linked on "VGCats":http://www.vgcats.com after "my friend":http://nismoduck.blogspot.com/ mentioned it. The level of depth in that game just seems too insane to be for real. I'm seriously hoping that will come out for mac right away or I'll have to fetch me a PC to play that because that just looks like a load of fun.
